Pekinskaya Utka - Almaty

We were at brunch at a place next door recently and happened to notice this restaurant. We had never seen it before. We love Chinese food and after living in China for three years we have pretty high standards for the food. Their duck was excellent. It was exactly what I think of when I imagine duck. Perfectly crisp skin and deliciously moist meat. Their sweet and sour eggplant beef appetizer was heavenly. The spring rolls didn't impress me. They were mushy. It was surprising since everything else was so good. The bathroom and was clean and the service was great. We'll definitely be back and recommend the place to friends.

A Chinese restaurant with good interior doesn't happen often. Food is good, location is perfect.

Karides tempuda was amazing! İ just love it. Staff was great , the place was delicious, clean!

Duck is very good but small and a bit diffrent from classic. Starters and salads are on a high level , service is good. Recommendation to visit it. Wine choice also very good under right price not expensive)
