Starbucks - Allerdale

My wife and I brought our two grandchildren here this morning. the personal was brilliant. the order was quickly removed and the request for a non-conventional drink was met with a small child in the tow. the ordered snacks were quickly provided and very tasty. the coffees were really hot and pleasant to drink. all in all a great experience here made really spot on by friendly, polite and helpful service.

I have visited this place when I am at home and I have only experienced a good service from the employees. ordered today a strawberry and a cream drink and it looked out and tasted amazing. well made- 5 stars

Beautiful coffee in a beautiful environment. the personal is really good.

We had a quick stop here to grab an Iced Latte and Mocha before heading for a walk at Bassenthwaite Lake and found the service to be great. Don't understand all the negative reviews but I suppose we don't frequent enough to notice these things didn't notice dirty tables or the building being cold during our visit.

Dirty cups and plates over most of the tables here. 3 staff standing behind the counter giggling. This place has potential, such a well known company needs managing.
