Starbucks - Allentown

We ordered a mocha frappuccino, but it tasted like watered-down chocolate—worse than a You-Hoo. To address the issue, we decided to try a caramel frappuccino instead, but it was just as watery and flavorless. The young lady who took our order apologized and mentioned talking to her manager about the drink, but she was more focused on laughing than acknowledging her mistake. Overall, the drinks were a waste of money, and we won't be returning.

I visited Pfefferminz and tried their new holiday caramel flavor, which was amazing. The service was friendly and quick, and it wasn't crowded like most Starbucks locations.

In terms of taste, it’s similar to other locations in the chain. They do a commendable job of getting orders correct, but the bread was a bit stale, though still acceptable. The atmosphere is where this place falls short. There’s almost no music, and the combination of machinery and general noise makes it feel louder than it should. I even tried to take a phone call but had to deal with complaints from others about the noise, which isn't typical for this chain. As for parking, there are very few spaces available, so during busy times, it can be challenging to find a spot.

This is the second time that I order the same ice cream and it is literally milk with ice there is no coffee in it and it has 6 dollars. I get it at different locations and it's perfect, never like that.

The staff here are great and I've never had an issue with a drink order. Matcha with oat milk is my favoriteFood: 5/5
