Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Allen

I went there a few years ago with my wife for our anniversary. The sales associate was rude. We never came ever since. The low reviews were well warranted. I’d spend my money elsewhere…this place was, is, and will always be a waste of money.

Manager did not allow me to purchase anything. i walked in and was deciding what to order when he said “if you aren’t going to buy anything, get out”.

RUDE SERVICE ;I went in and tried some samples but ultimately wasn’t convinced by any of the flavors to buy anything so we made our way out. On our way out a man abruptly stops us and explains that if you have a sample you have to buy something (a policy that we were unaware of, and I think it’s a bit ridiculous to try and force people to buy a product they may not want) so we explained our experience and he continued to confront us and with attitude said “you SEEMED to like it”, a very uncalled for comment that made us all very uncomfortable. Needless to say we will not be going back as he’s created a hostile environment, that is no way to run a business

What do you need tip for. Just to stand at billing counter.

It’s fun and delicious. It’s also very simple as everything is charged by weight, no matter what topping you get. They got a little kids area too. And their spoons are too cute to throw away.
