Uncommon Grounds - Aliquippa

I participated in a concert series here tonight. It was wonderful. We had an attentive audience that was inquisitive and caring. The series promotes the creation of art, so I thought I'd share a poem to capture the essence of what this place inspired within me today.The darkness is callingDeath whispers in the nightThe danger is sprawlingNo haven from frightFriend hark! Take heed!Join us in the warmFor this is your needProtection from the stormShy away not from loveOpen the door to you heartFind the peace of a doveWithin the shelter of art

Altogether it is a very friendly establishment in the community of downtown Aliquippa, where people can enjoy a little lunch or spoken word or just pure fellowship with friends and family.

Uncommon Grounds with The Extreme Tour 08/31/2022 doing up in style. Seven different bands playing the local area doing 30 minute sets starting from 6:00pm until 11:00pm with my all time favorite and good friends the Unofficial: Seek1st Band.
