J.w. Hall's Steak And Seafood Inn

Regarding my issue from the other day, I want to let you know that the lady, (the one that had the negative experience), and I had a meeting with Matt, one of the owners of J.W.Hall's Steak and Seafood Inn. The in-depth conversation was over 30 minutes. I will say that the apology and sincere effort of understanding my/our situation was way louder than the disrespect. I even brought to his attention other issues that I'm aware of that have turned other people away from this restaurant. I appreciate his empathy and the time he took with us to truly listen to our grievances. They are the new owners and have been at this for less than a year, so far. They want to learn from past mistakes and are committed to making JW Hall's a great dining experience for EVERYONE! With that being said, I have a good feeling about this and they have gained my trust to be a customer of theirs again. I encourage you all to give JW Hall's another chance. If you have not dined there yet, then visit them. If your time there is not enjoyable, please let me know. I do think you will be satisfied going forward!

Excellent service, top quality food and great place to bring friend and family. There steaks are incredible.

Great service and great food. Had the lobster kettle was good. Old fashions were good but a bit small but for the price couldn't beat it.

Not because the food isn't good but because the service is trash. I sit at the bar, I always tip generously, never complain or send back food; HOWEVER, the gross women behind the bar have the most disgusting attitudes I have ever observed. The old lady at the hostess station (I believe the owner) attitude is just as repulsive. How do you expect to treat your female customers so slimy and expect them to want to come back?? I have had my feel and turned a blind eye too many times. My money has no limitations on where I can spend it and idc that this place is in my backyard. I'll drive 50 miles for a restaurant before I ever step foot in this place again.

Used to be a good place to eat, not any more! They have the locals fooled. You can get better quality food for the same or less money in Robinson, sewickley or beaver.
