Fawlty's Fine Food - Alice Springs

I used to enjoy the potato cake, but my experience was ruined when I found a hair in it. When I informed the staff, their response was dismissive, saying it was "ok" and not to worry about it. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We had a late lunchtime chicken carving with chips and gravy for A$9, which we thought was good value .. boiled while we waited and tasty

Great fast food, fantastic coffee, service with a smile. The coffee is the best I had in a while. I love my Carmel Latte and usually wonder if it actually added a syrup, but not Fawlty's. I love your coffee

Located in the Alice Springs Food and Shopping Mall, Fawlty's Fine Food is a convenient stop for a quick bite. The shops are nearby and the food is prepared quickly. I opted for a simple chicken and salad sandwich with a cup of tea. It was a no-frills lunch, but it was tasty enough for what I needed as I was primarily there for shopping, not a fancy meal.

I've eaten here on and off for about 25years and the cook out the back is STILL the same guy. If you can find a better toasted ham, cheese and tomato sandwich on the planet let me know but I doubt it. They are not...cheap, but you will never forget them either
