Unfortunately, we are more than disappointed that they do not tell anyone on the phone, in the online order, how long it would take, even if the order of confirmations. there is no possibility to respond to posts because they come back as “inaccessible”. 40 min after order confirmation comes a post, which still approx. 1 hour would take and no one comes about a distance of about 3 km, not 30 km to speak! that they can still pay for shipping costs is only in the order confirmation by post, not in the online order absolutely untransparent. that is one of the worst services I have ever experienced! and this extreme waiting time without the possibility of breaking the order if it takes too long is a happy one. whether the burgers are delicious!? After they came after 2 hours, pappy and cold no! neither the burgers, nor the pommes, nor the mayonnaise taste the one star they must give is only for the driver because it was very nice (although I folded it together).

Good idea, badly implemented. in the burgers the body cannot decide whether to get diarrhea or clog. too greasy, too massive and the bun reminds of the consistency of mürbeteig. with a bit more subtleness could certainly get some more out.
