Vocelli Pizza - Alexandria

I used to love their quattro pizza, it was delicious. Idk if they changed their recipe or a new chef, but I just ordered it and it was disgusting! It didn't even have the soft cheese on top. I also ordered spaghetti and meatballs for my daughter and the meatballs were gray, the sauce was bland and the garlic bread SOOO salty. Neither me nor my daughter could eat it. I will NEVER order from here again. Such a disappointment. I also called to tell them and they werent hearing it and tried to make me pay for a new pizza. Then they hung up on me. Worst customer service

Driver did not follow delivery instructions. At all. It was supposed to be contact less delivery, but she rang the doorbell until I answered. I've worked in food service and always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the worst delivery I've ever had from them. No other driver had a problem with no contact delivery. I ordered online, but I wish I could edit the tip.

We have been customers of the Vocelli Pizza store in Rose Hill Shopping center for years...we LOVE their pepperoni thin crust pizza and the house salad. Stromboli is awesome also! We were having a special in house celebration last night and wanted to order in from Vocelli. They are using a new ordering system online and you don't appear to have as many options available, and the ordering system is confusing. My husband thought it was asking for a sauce for dipping and he selected Garlic sauce . The pizza came without any tomato sauce...like a white pizza and it was not very good at all. We called to complain not yet realizing the error occured due to the confusing ordering system online and the manager man answering the phone was incredibly rude and actually hung up on us. We will NEVER give Vocelli Pizza at Rose Hill our business again. Unfortunate, to say the least.

They didn't give me what I ordered. They charged me a for a large 16 and gave me 14 medium. Service: 1

Yesterday I only had 7 dollars and was hungry. The nice woman working n gave me 12 wings at half the price. 6 dollars. She was kind. Smiling face and made me feel better. Thank you. GOD bless you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
