Dunkin' - Alexandria

The staff here is awful, customer service is really bad at this location, they put my food on their end when I order instead of the basket, nor do they call my order number, then get mad when I ask is this mine.

Iced mocha latte needs to be delivered and machines need to be working.But everything else is good to eat while walking out the dunkin.

Well I went in evening 7.50 pm and found all varieties donuts , compare to other stores usually till evening like 5 to 6 pm donuts sold out or not enough stock and some close early, but here can you get it

They didn't know how to make my drinks correctly and then only gave me one drink when I paid for two.

Hit or miss. Workers don?t know how to make drinks on the menu. Service can be very slow if you don?t order ahead.
