Burger King - Alexandria

The staff at this Burger ? King ? restaurant are very friendly and helpful! I had an issue with ordering my food from the Burger ? King ? app, and the manager of this Burger ? King ? resolved my issue quickly and without any problems! This Burger ? King ? is very clean and well maintained!

It was really busy in the drive thru, but we got through so fast! Then I realized that they forgot my nuggets. I went back in and the sistah at the register helped me immediately. It was an honest mistake so I wasn?t upset. I was back in and out in less than 60 seconds. She was really nice. I recommend stopping by here if you?re in the area. Even if the drive thru line is long, go ahead in. They?re really fast.

I regret not reading the reviews before getting food from this restaurant. The manager and drive-thru staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They were upset because I didn't mention having a promo code before placing my order. It only takes a couple of seconds to enter a code, so their reaction was unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this place.
