Bidra med feedbackLet me start by saying our server (Stephanie) was AWESOME!! This review is not directed towards her in any way, shape or form We should have looked at the reviews before stopping. The experience started off as soon as we walked in the door. The salad bar is right in front of the doorway. When we walked in (about 4PM on a Sunday) there were 3 or 4 tables with customers. I guess that should have been my first clue. We asked the hostess (Fran) for a booth. There were dozens open. She took us to the farther part/corner of the room. I asked if we could get closer to the salad bar (my wife is handicapped and uses a walker). Fran told us that was the best she could do because these other sections are closed . WHAT?? This is the customer service you give to someone with a disability?? From that point the rest of the experience was unimportant. I was already pissed. It 's very sad in this day and age that a company would treat someone with a disability this way. It would have killed NO ONE to put us in a booth closer to the salad bar for my wife to be able to get to easily. Perhaps this is why so many Ruby Tuesdays are closing. Either way, we won 't be back, and Fran should be ashamed of herself treating a disabled person the way she did. I hope no one in her family ever becomes disabled
The customer service in this place is horrible and the food is awful! It came cold, tasteless and you hardly see the server. The worst of all is the manager! That man is so freaking rude! Waste of time and waste of money is what I call this place!
I came here with a lot of my busy friends and family who took time off their busy schedules to help me celebrate my birthday. Ruby Tuesday of Alexander City made us all feel so terrible with their bad service and horrible manager. The manager hollered at us with his loud voice the entire restaurant could hear him. Telling us that we cannot gather around all in one table due to covid restrictions. The sign on their door says 9 and there were only 5 in my table. My other friends were ALREADY in separate tables far down that their very own hostess/waitress took them to. The manager with his loud voice said “ where are y’all from?! It’s the law that y’all should be in separate tables! First and foremost, there’s never a LAW about that. There’s a mandate on covid measures. And why do their workers have their mask pulled down to their chin??? Most of us are working serving the public and in health care and WE of all people understand that. And why does it matter where we’re from? We spend our hard earned dollars and that’s what should matter. I will never ever recommend this horrible place to anyone! Over an hour before we even had our drinks, forks and napkins, and food was mediocre! The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life and I have travelled a lot of places! Poor/horrible service is an understatement!
We ate there for afternoon lunch. Was not very crowded. We had to wait for awhile for someone to come take our order. It took them awhile to bring our drinks out and they forgot our straws. The food was good except for the broccoli soup . The broccoli was not cooked long enough in the soup. dessert was good.
Forester Jeff visits one of the few remaining Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Alabama. The grilled salmon was cooked perfectly, and the server was friendly, but the wait for the food after placing the order was rather lengthy.
