Little Caesars Pizza - Alexander City

At 1:30 pm we drove all the way to little caesar?s, through the drive thru line just to find out that nobody is even there to take our order. we get out and try to open the door and it?s locked. do people just think it?s okay not to show up to work thesedays? it was the middle of the day. if you?re not open at least put a note on the window or something on the website. thewebsite said they were open so that?s what?s we expected. will never go back. so mad right now.

It was taking them so long to get my order so i would?ve gave them zero stars but when they finally took my order they were very sweet so they get a one.

Terrible service pulled up at the window sat there 15 mins cashier didn't acknowledge me smile say hey wait one moment looked me dead in the eye then proceeded to help someone else then gave me a dirty look what happened to first come first serve the 280Alexander city lil ceasers location is terrible don't go there 8/30/22 at 7:00 pm

I got two pizzas the pepperoni wasn?t cut and they weren?t all the way done

Our family loves Little Ceasars Pizza. The pizza was good as always, but my complaint about this location was the service. They were not busy at all and it took almost 20 minutes to receive our order. The toppings were just thrown on top. Literally, allthe toppings were in certain areas of the pizza piled up.
