Taco Bell - Alcoa

Service was for the greatest part friendly and fast would probably have been faster if the other 3 workers did not hang out to leave the girl in alone to order and take money while making food, but she was really fast and even though she could hear the irritation in her voice, she remained very professional. my order lasted longer to order than it took, and I am very happy with the majority of results, but the kartoffels would have been better if I had not broken a tooth while I tried to eat them because they sat hard and obviously under heat lamps all day over their service time, as they were hard as rocks and I had to throw them away. also utensils are nice to have in the bag and do not have to get back to the line of the running gear thru would give better evaluation, but the quality of food really has to be addressed, as well as put utensili and serviettes that are essential in secken before they are out of the window mainly for food that a utensili needs to eat. not all of us come to take our food home.

Today the drive thru lady was exceptionally nice. Food was all correct. This is not always the case especially if you ask for things removed like no sour cream... The new black bean veggie option is very good. Much better than expected. Tacos stay crunchier (not as much grease) My main complaint however would be the loss of the Mexican pizza. It was my go-to order.

Slowest one ever. Then got my food went to park. Reached in the bag to get a soft taco. My soft taco was dumped out in the back. Oh I was so mad. So from now on I will be going to the other locations

Horrible.. I got there at 11:30 last night.. waited in line for over 30 min in drive thru.. finally get to the order screen.. just for them to tell me they were now closed. That's horrible. They should have had someone go out and tell people. And it wasn't even 12:00 yet it was 6 min till. Ill never waste my time and go back.

Taco Bell is a favorite of mine. Very disappointed that a good number of them have reduced thier hours. I also wish they would keep the fried chicken
