Cafe Paziente - ALCAMO

Perfect breakfast spot in Alcamo. Looks very popular among the locals. The staff is way too friendly, they helped me a lot besides my very limited level of Italian. I went there for coffee and pastries every single morning during my short stay in Alcamo. They have a few tables outside and also inside. They also sell cigarettes and candies.

Very cramped place devoid of uncomfortable parking and behind a very dangerous curve.Unexisting welcome, poor bakery in quantity and quality I took a croissant the worst I've ever eaten and my wife an arancin that threw intolerable. In the future I will definitely have breakfast elsewhere.

The room contains the narrow necessary for a quick stop: a counter mixed salt, a fridge for the semifreddi, bar service, newsstand and tobacco shop. Good choice of sweet and savoury with the possibility to consume outside without surcharge. Friendly staff, available, but in some cases you notice the experience of the young age. Prices on average for a bar a stone's throw from the sea. Personally I find high the price of pastries 0.9€ per piece I find it aggressive.
