Wendy's - Albuquerque

I want to applaud the night crew. They mentioned they were understaffed, and the cashier, who had come from the Cheesecake Factory, looked really tired by 9:39 PM. Despite that, the food was fresh, prepared correctly, and there were no mistakes with the order. They even included all the napkins and sauces we needed in the bag. The daytime team could certainly learn a thing or two from them; last time I visited, they had a full staff but couldn't match the efficiency of the night crew. Kudos to the night crew for doing such a great job despite being short-staffed!

I've been visiting this Wendy's for nearly 20 years, and generally, my experiences have been positive. The staff is usually wonderful, though occasionally I encounter an employee who doesn't meet the usual standard; however, they typically don't stay long. The restaurant is generally well-maintained, although budget cuts mean they have fewer opportunities to keep the interior clean. Like most fast-food places, there are bound to be some issues from time to time—it's just part of the experience.

I was finally able to get a 50-piece nugget meal, half spicy and half regular. Most other places don’t let me do that, so that's definitely a plus for this location. The wait time was a bit lengthy, but they were quite busy.
