Bidra med feedbackThis establishment specializes in boiled crustaceans. My wife asked the server for a recommendation and we were not disappointed in the crab, crawfish, shrimp boil. Also, the seafood bread was amazing! I look forward to our next visit.
You know you're in for a messy meal when you get a bib and gloves ???? Awesome shrimp and scallops! Worth the mess! Highly recommend! Great service to ????
This was my first and last time i might add. went to the San Mateo location. the floors were dirty and greasy. i can get past that maybe) if the food was awesome it wasn't even close). it was pricey and mediocre at best. The best part was the company and the server; Anaya. she was patient, gracious and attentive. I am always hesitant to complain lest i get the Ryan Reynolds treatment, no thanks. so after eating and coming home, i woke up at 1:00 in the morning with a familiar pang and then again at 3:30. I'll spare you the gory details. suffice it say, i was miserable! i will NOT return. i am surprised they are still open considering the quality of the food and the prices.
The waitresses were exceptional during my first visit to this restaurant. They took the time to explain everything, although the prices were a bit high, the food was really good.
This is one of my top choices for seafood boil restaurants in Albuquerque. Our favorite is Combo 2, which is perfect for feeding three people. If you enjoy spicy food, I recommend getting the "very hot" option. The "hot" spice level was more mild for my taste. The Cajun seasoning and garlic butter pair well together. The crab cakes were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Be prepared to get messy, but it's definitely worth it.
