Piatanzi - Juan Tabo - Albuquerque

Bottom line is this: when you have one server on the floor on a Saturday night to serve everyone, things are going to go south. And they did. Green chili pizza was not cooked all the way through as well.

The service was good, very friendly staff. The bread was delicious! But the pasta was quite disappointing, and the chicken was so the dry that we couldn't even finish a small shared dish.

There are several intriguing selections on the menu. I enjoyed the salmon. Will have to go back to try out some of the other entrees.

It took a very long time to get our food. I had ordered the streak and when I got it, it was cold. The server said they had just changed their name and some menu items. Perhaps the chef was having a hard time figuring out the new menu items. Not sure if I'll go back

Food was great as always. A bit noisy. The wine list has changed recently and our Italian favorites are gone.
