Mr. Pho - Albuquerque

Delicious food excellent service!The waiter places a large bowl in front of me, large bowl with the fragrant noodle soup. I spy slices of rare beef, bright green onions and herbs, and translucent noodles waiting to be slurped. I take up my chopsticks and spoon, breaking the long noodles and letting them fall into the broth.Bringing a spoonful of the soup to my lips, the flavors explode in my mouth. The perfectly balanced combination of garlic, ginger, star anise, and fish sauce come together to create a symphony for my taste buds. The thinly sliced beef is tender and full of umami. I sip the broth, feeling its warmth and healing properties spread through my body.As I make my way through the bowl of savory soup, I reflect on how Pho is so much more than just a meal it is a comfort, a culture, and a culinary delight that nourishes both body and soul. This bowl of delicious, flavorful Pho has hit the spot and left me fully satisfied, looking forward to my next Vietnamese feast.

Excellent food but beware. We had a party of 10 and a baby so you know our bill was going to be high, it was about about $260ish. We asked if gratuity was added and he (chubby son) said no, we don't do that here so we added $30 tip. Then looked receipt n it only had total so we asked for an itemized receipt. On the itemized receipt it had added gratuity of $47. So it was already added....we pointed it out. He cancelled the first receipt with added $30 n just processed the receipt with gratuity already added. For real....trying to get away with a $77 tip and he lied about gratuity already being added. We will not patronage this restaurant any longer due to this. N we are not bad customers either...we stack all our dishes, haha.

The food was absolutely amazing. The Decour was awesome and the service was fast and friendly. I really liked this place and would definitely recommend checking it out. It's not too pricey and it's good food.

Wow! Been here a few times and the service is beyond amazing, we got our drinks about 30 seconds after ordering them and waited less than 5 to get our food. The pho is perfection, it has a beautiful balance of flavor that re-inspires the soul regardless of the protein. The spring rolls and clearly made fresh and have a beautiful crunch to them. The whole shop looks magnificent with lovely decor and plants, very cozy without being claustrophobic! 10/10
