Dog House Drive In - Albuquerque

Hubby and I ate in dog house as part of our breaking bad' nerdy adventure! we live in grand island, nebraska and now have a children's playground in albuquerque. I wasn't too sure we loved it! I'm not big on sharp, but the chili was great! my man and I've longed it ever! we had both foot long chili dogs with cheese and chili cheese pommes! if someone has a copycat recipe that is close to her, I would be grateful if we ever get back in the abq, we will eat there again!

I am still on the green chile cheeseburger trail in new mexico. but I could not resist leaving the way and dog house drive in on the old route in albuquerque, new mexico. foot long chile dog at dog house drive in albuquerque, new mexico. that is not the same dark chili with a buzz that we would come back in California. this is red new mexico chili sauce. it is thin and spicy, and it is really good with the divided grilled skinless bark hot dog. it is a real tasty bite, and dog house drive-in is easy to find directly on the old route near the old town of albuquerque. that is worth stopping and look at the sign that the Neon-Hundgie dares his ****.

I hadn't been here for years, but the food is still wonderful!

This by FAR WAS the worst experience we have ever had spent $50 Dollars for 5 hotdogs that were made wrong waited 1 hour 15 minutes when they remade them we made the mistake of not looking at them when we got home wrong again. I wish I could post the pictures of the SLOP they gave us. RIDICULOUS DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE MONEY AT THIS PLACE IT HAS WENT DOWN HILL BAD !!!
