Chipotle Mexican Grill - Albuquerque

I love coming to chipotle. The food is fresh and good. Sometimes they’re a little skimpy on the protein though and I don’t recommend ordering online or through door dash. Photo 2 was an actual photo of a door dash salad I received. So, go in person or don’t order! I emailed them about the order but they never emailed back.

I always order the burrito bowl and am always satisfied. The line can be super long sometimes but the staff here is fast and hard-working (except Christina, she’s always cold and unhelpful) so I don’t have too many complaints. The only thing I’ve noticed is that lately they’ve been skimping on protein, I don’t know if it’s a new order but I’ve definitely noticed heaping amounts of rice and a tiny portion of chicken in my last couple of orders.

Have found a love for this place. The poor employees always seem over worked and just tired. Short tempered etc. Every time I go in here at least one of the employees has some sort of attitude/frustrated/overworked demeanor to them. Last night I had The guy who initiated our order, visibly bothered by our request for regular rice with no cilantro, then the cashier threw the receipt in our bag and walked away, I guess we were done with our transaction? LOL not a 'have a great night ', or a 'thanks for coming in ', NOTHIN? We smiled and said thank you and left. the food is always on point and love how you can see what is being served right in front of you. I would normally rate this place a little lower because of the overworked employees but the food is just too on point. I definitely feel the employees have the ability to do a great job all the time. Maybe rotate your workers so they are not so overworked in one position the whole shift? Or maybe you already do that? This location being in the 'entitled ' area of town I can imagine the customers that go through here and the personalities these employees have to endure but they cant take their residual frustrations on every other customer that comes through.
