Bidra med feedbackWhat is in the title is right, but this place deserves adding one more attribute: excellent food! I wish that everybody that read this was as lucky as we were with the service: our waitress was absolutely helpful and explained us the menu so we could understand everything depite our poor French.
On the "place du marche couvert", nice terrasse, cery close to the cathedrale. Great Aveyron specialty, duck sausage and aligot, just great! Friendly service, great meal
We originally stopped for a beer on our way into Albi from our hotel. It was good and cheap . We read the menu and decided to come back to eat there. We ate outside opposite the Market building and it was very busy. Started with a Cheese Soup and followed it with Magret de Canard with great chips and salad The owner insisted we had the Pain Perdu , a sort of crispy Brioche with cream It was delightful. The meal was so good we went the following night and I had Salmon,Red Mullet and Prawns with Ratatouille. The Farçous was good too, a local dish. Again delightful. We started going for coffee each morning as they were so friendly Great Value and atmosphere and friendly staff.
