I have always had excellent service at this restaurant. The food options for fast and healthy vegan options are limited, but the dishes are always a big hit with my family. I was disappointed to be charged an extra 50 cents each for a vegan sauce, especially since there wasn't much of it and the cost for removing the cheese should have balanced it out.

We had a fantastic evening at GYG celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday. The food was quick and tasty, and the staff was very accommodating. I requested a candle for my daughter's churros (which I brought from home), and they went above and beyond by having a few employees come out to sing "Happy Birthday" in Spanish, complete with poncho and sombrero. Thank you to GYG for helping us create a wonderful family memory.

Food that is boring with great warm and friendly service. It is a pity really as there is so much potential but after all it is a fast food place with a set menu.

We ate here for the first time with another couple who have eaten a few times. So the menu was explained by them to us which helped as I felt the menu was not entirely clear. My only issue was I felt the meal portion sizes were a little small considering the cost of the meal and this is not at the fine dining end of food service. It is fast food, if they can do it drive through style, you know its factory style processes to create the dishes. As far as value for money for what you get I was a little disappointed, the food however was very nice. If I go back I will be more judicious with meal choices and options.
