Kfc - Albany

I get a 12 piece and only got 8. I will not go back . Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken Original

Ordered food in drive thru. Proceded to wait 10 minutes while our food was waiting on the counter. Female cashier was taking orders inside while our food was getting cold. Honked multiple times with no response. Eventually she came over and gave us our food then yelled at us for snapping at her. Horrible service Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I would never go back there. Dirty, trash everywhere, staff busy doing nothing. Indifferent to customer. Employees throwing food and trash at each other. No ice, no napkin. Placed the order, made payment, still had to tell the guy what was ordered for them to pack. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service was great. Pulled up through drive thru ordered. Pulled to window and was told no ice because ice machine was down. Was asked if I wanted the drinks still and I told them unless ur discounting my meals I'll take the drinks. Was asked what type of sauce I wanted...and asked what they had. Informed all sauces on window. I say Buffalo Ranch....nope we out of that. Alright then I guess that will be my one and only time going to that KFC

Not sure of the name of the young lady that waited on me was...but..she was amazing!! I would definitely go again! Food was delicious! Great experience! Wish I had one in my area!
