Johnny Carino's - Albany

Some 5 years ago I used to come here with my family and always had a great experience. Recently returned on a date and the waiter made several mistakes regarding our order, made us wait an uncomfortable amount of time for the check, and the food was not good. The Alfredo sauce was 110% from a jar despite being like $14. Will not return.

Was a mother's day lunch came in only because red Robin was packed and was the first choice but carino's has always been good too. Been coming in for the last few years however today was terrible got a 17 dollar hamburger that was burned black with cheese that was melted so bad it almost looked transparent the French fries were colder than when u ordered from door dash my wife's chicken sandwich was still raw and stringy her fries were also cold my daughter's pizza was hard and overcooked the waiter took off 10 bucks but I still ended up paying 60 dollars for less than mediocre food the table of five next to us left and got there meal comped because there's were also cold and gross which they just left on the table I feel embarrassed for the waiter having to deal with the blow back from this poorly cooked food after years of service I do not know if I will come back.

Tonight for dinner with my friend, everything was great until we got our food, I have the gluten-free pasta that tasted as if it had been boiled in a dishwasher soap and the haw in both meals was terrible. I am not the kind of person to send my food back, but that was the worst pasta I have ever eaten. service was okay, but that's not somewhere I would ever recommend.

This used to be a favorite of ours for date night. Not so much any more. We waited at our table for 10 minutes before a server came. The tables are absolutely disgusting, the glasses were dirty, the silverware had crumbs wrapped up in the napkin too. If you're looking for a nice place in Albany Oregon to go eat, dont eat here.Thank you Allison for the excellent

Sunday, April 10th. Birthday lunch. 14 of us. Great food, not the worst service but close to it. We had to get our own silverware, never did get appetizer plates, had to ask for napkins. Actually had to ask for everything. It didn't spoil the party and I give a good (4+ stars) for the food. It'll be awhile before we go back.
