Little Caesars Pizza - Alamogordo

Today's visit was a joke! The girl working today was rude and just standing around while the guy was doing all the work. Our pizza wasn't fully cooked and a mess. We ordered crazy bread and never received it instead they threw some Italian bread sticks at us and said that's all they could do. They need better employees and to do a better job.

The food at this restaurant is usually good but be prepared for a very long wait. I have passed up on this restaurant many times because I knew it would take forever. They have a drive thru but I really don?t understand why. They are anything but fast food. Most of my visits have trapped me in the drive thru for 20-30 mins. My most recent visit was such a disappointment. 25 mins in the drive thru to receive the worst pizza we?ve ever had in our lives (see photo). Couldn?t believe they had the nerve to serve it to us.

Waited nearly an hour for 3 pizzas, got home Got 2 pizzas in, and my daughter found mold in the crust of the last pizza we ate!!! This is disappointing and disgusting to say the least!!! Would give 0 stars if at all possible! Tried to call and no one answered the phone? tried multiple times!

My children love Little Caesars. They would have it every evening if I would leave it, but it beats cooking dinner so I totally good with pizza for dinner 3x from the week.

Austin provided EQUIPMENT ! He was QUICK to help and serve us. Austin was very personal, pleasant and offered entertainment as we waited for our order. Customer service is a RARITY in today's society, so the encounter with such a service was a surprise. Austin should be promoted to the manager for his efforts. This will encourage his colleagues to pursue their level. Thanks Austin again for a pleasant visit.
