Rise Up Acai Bowls - Alamo Heights

I normally walk in and order. This time I ordered and paid online. It was very convenient. My order was correct and the bowls were delicious.

Best açaí bowls and smoothies AND customer service. Ice was very kind and helpful while I was deciding what to get. ?? will be back soon

The bowls are really good, but the service is abysmal. Multiple times I?ve ordered ahead, arrive and have to wait another 20+ minutes while people who come after me get their bowls made quicker. Good bowls, just don?t know how to run a business with good service.

Horrible experience today. Long wait. Lackadaisical employees . Said he was checking on my order . And said it was a 30min wait . He brought my order out and placed it in the cooler. 30 mins later still zero idea of checking on my order . I waited over an hour for 1 açaí bowl.

Hit or miss place tbh the first couple of acai bowls ive gotten were amazing, but recently they've been really sour and odd tasting. also the bowls are always really watered down the wait is long for no reason (30mins-1hr)
