Twisted Tomato Pizzeria Beer Wall

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but I have to leave a negative review for the delivery driver. It took over half an hour for the driver to reach my location, even though I only live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I watched her on the map as she drove all over town before finally delivering my food, which was not very hot by the time it arrived.

I visited the restaurant yesterday for lunch and was greeted by a friendly man who was multitasking and handling various responsibilities. Despite the efficient service, my food was delayed for 20 minutes as the kitchen staff seemed disorganized and argumentative. The overall experience was mediocre, but the man at the front deserves recognition for his professionalism. I am unsure if I would return to this restaurant in the future.

Ordered a large order $180 worth) of food for delivery. Missing several items. I completely understand, we ordered about 30 min before they close didn’t realize at the time because their website says akron location open until midnight every night- it was 9:30 when we ordered; apparently they close at 10- didn’t know that). We were missing a whole pasta and 3 pizzas, all of the sauces for fried ravioli and a side of garlic sauce. I called and they answered “sorry we are closed” so I started to say I placed a large order and was missing several items. The gentleman who answered 9/3 at 10:45pm) hung up on me and when I called back he didn’t answer. All he has to say was I’m sorry we are closed, please let us make it up to you by ______. Instead, he hung up and then refused to answer when I called back several times.

I placed a very large order today for my office. The staff made sure everything was there and then some! The chicken tenders are wonderful and my office was very happy. Thank you!

The food is okay, they charge for extra sauce and don't actually give u extra sauce on the pizza. So it's a bit of a rip off when it comes to little add-ons that aren't honored.
