Steak N Shake - Akron

The food is always good, and the staff is very friendly. And now for the price. The prices are fantastic, and with the constant coupons in the mail and newspaper, you can't go wrong.

Take home and was good. It's been a few years since I have had their food so was good for something different. Split a half of a frisco melt and double garlic steak burger with my boyfriend. Definitely SMALLER and not the same as their pictures but was good. Looking at all the other review photos... I'm going to say dining in may get you better looking food

It's completely automated. No waiters or waitresses, you order your food at the Kisco and get your own drinks. Food was actually extremely good and done fast too. I personally prefer humans over machines though.

Today with my family to dinner. they have completely got rid of all the waiting employees! they have to get their order into a kiosk (even if it is dune-in) and then they go to their order as soon as it is finished. the whole experience felt so impersonal! then, after the order before the payment, the kiosk had the nerve to ask if I wanted to add a tipp...for the who? I don't tip when there is no waitress. eating was still good, but not sure how often I will be back. steak n shake just keeps cutting edges and that was too far. the people go for the experience and eat. Now it's just eating. we also had a hard time finding a clean table to sit. most looked clean until they were close. lesbians.

Ordered via app to get delivered. Only ended up with the fries missing both my sandwiches. It was in the clear bag sealed so the issue logically would've been at the restaurant. Called about it and they told me to take it up with door dash. After trying to point out it was their fault they informed me to come pick up the rest of the food. So here I am standing in the store for the past 5 minutes waiting still for my food from their error wondering where my first sandwiches went to begin and realizing I wasted money on delivery because of their fault. Horrible service.
