Little Caesars Pizza - Akron

The pizza was good but a couple of the employees had bad vibes! I hope they're just having a bad day and their attitude gets better.

We eat from here every week or two. We order ahead and get a deep dish and a regular pizza with more than pepperoni. The quality is usually consistent, fresh pizza that is good to warm up the next day. The regular pizza we order, in the past, has been afresh pizza with good toppings. The last 2 times I believe they took a Hot-N-Ready, added the other toppings on top of thepepperoni and cheese, added a little cheese to cover new toppings and then atleast partial cooked it again. The crust is a verydark brown and the exposed pepperoni is hard to brittle. The next morning our usually great to reheat pizza is dry and hard.The crust is actually breakable. I just wanted to make sure this is an isolated couple of instances of laziness and not a newlyaccepted practice.

Multiple times they say my order should only be a few minutes when I go to the drive through after the time they tell me over the phone. and park after the drive thru and then have to wait 20-30 minutes for them to tell me it's not done. It'sfrustrating to not have realistic wait times I would have ordered pizza if I knew it was gonna take so long

Foods good service is bad called in my order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. showed up in 5 minutes paid they said to pull around front and they would bring it out waited 30 minutes 4 others came and got their food very disappointed with there servicehad to leave and come back to get my food wasted my gas and money.

Can't expect much for $5 pizza. But this is the worst location to go to. The 14 year olds that run the place need to get their act together
