Chipotle Mexican Grill - Akron

I watched the guy serve the girl in front of me so much he could barely put the lid on her bowl. Then he rushed through my order and didn't give me everything I asked for. There is only maybe 7 strips of steak in a half steak half chicken bowl. Don't recommend going here.

I really do love the chicken and the steak ? ??they have, but what they really need to do is add chitlins and mayonnaise to the menu Chipotle. You got this. ?Let's go!!!???????? ???

Beware of last shift of the day it’s the dude with glasses he is very rude and disrespectful ,I’ll come this place must every Saturday sometimes even Sundays so my order is always between 5-7 people, I asked for side tortillas for all the bowls that I order and they always forget which is not a big deal so I asked the cashier guy with the glasses hey sir can you pls give me 5 tortillas on the side? he said I have to charge you for all so I said ok no problem, so I just want to ask what about if you get burrito instead of bowl do they charged for tortillas too ? then he flip start saying like I know it don’t make any sense but that’s why we still charge customers anyways ,I was like ok .don’t make sense either but I guess, then he start walking away mumbling something could’ve heard anything he said so again for the second time I asked may I please have 5 Tabasco sauce on the side? that’s when he grabbed 5 small plastic container and threw it right on my bag, guess what happened ? 2 of the container spilled on the bag so I just walked out I didn’t want any problem I’m not that type guy to get with someone confrontation or arguing with anyone so best way is to leave negative review so customers and chipotle corp can see it and handle it . like it suppose to so today is Saturday 11-18-2023 the day it happened last shift around 9 ish pm. So I am done with this place I don’t need to spend my money to some business being rude and disrespectful , and threw my sauce on my bag and spilled all over disgusting behavior …. Good luck to y’all….

This place was great they are never busy so fast and your bowl feels like it weighs 5

Staff were very professional and very efficient. The only negative that did not affect me personally person after me was they ran out of bowls. Leaving people either burritos or tacos as choices. At least one couple left immediately at that point. I also would not have been able to eat because i'm diabetic and can't eat the burrito shells. It was five o'clock on a friday early evening when they ran out.
