Bob Evans - Akron

My recent visits to bob evans to other places were disappointing. after the terrible treatment in another restaurant on the same morning we landed here. the experience was fantastic. our server brenda felt like home and welcome. the ordered items were not a problem. the service was excellent, eating was just what we expected. I highly recommend being in brendas section. the restaurant was clean and easy too. Many thanks to the fact that they make a bad experience at a place a good experience.

A month ago, just never came to the review, but it's better late then never. I ordered the fish. I loved it. prices could be lower. we had a very nice older waitress who helped our table of 4

A party of 8 in Sunday within 15 minutes. the waitress was great, checked for us and refilled our drinks without demand. great service.

To be honest, as a person who worked in customer service, I understand that older people can often be disturbing. But what I don't understand is a party of 2 sitting and waiting for 30 minutes while other parties of 2 sitting after us. all we're older, and none of them had to wait. the hostess ignored us for half of our after the reduction of our name, and as they can see from the picture below, there is no one waiting for it. now we're waiting because the table that should have been us is filled with someone who just came in. Typically, I would understand, but this woman has 4 tables that came in immediately. she was rude and knows we're here.
