Outstanding drinks! They have a buy one, get one free offer on Wednesdays, which is fantastic! I've shared this place with my co-workers, and they absolutely love it! The wait times are short, and the customer service is really friendly. Plus, they offer adorable free pup cups for dogs!

Would love to become a regular customer of this place. Sugar-free mocha coffee is delicious, if you are lucky enough to order it on one of the few days they actually have it. It 's a special order item is the excuse given for the frequent and lengthy lack of availability. That shouldn 't be my problem. Several of their sandwich items are also frequently sold out. So, now I call before I drive over so as not to waste a trip. I shouldn 't have to work this hard

Today was my first visit to BIGGBY Coffee. I didn't know what to order. The Batista who helped me; was very helpful and kind. She asked me what flavors I usally get. Based on my answers; she made a recommended the Tan Line Latte!

The BEST coffee joint I?ve ever been to!! The staff are always super friendly, and the coffee is perfect. The price is similar to Starbucks yet a MUCH better experience and quality of coffee. Please open a Biggby in Stow! The caramel foam cold brew is amazing.
