Arby's - Akron

Almost never a hassle and usually a decent experience. Always a genuinely friendly staff. They do a better job on average then most fast food. Sauces taken care of. Rarely have any issue or hold up with my coupons. Went in drive through one time and a new person handed me my drink before they had all the food ready. But no straw. Immediately behind them I heard the trainer say 'Give them a straw with the drink so they can enjoy it while they wait for their food. ' They 're paying attention to things like that. The automated generic response makes me want to take away a star. Especially when most of what I said was about being friendly and personable. Your social media consultant needs to get it together

The fact that my customer service was A1 is the reason they got 4 stars. Otherwise Arby's yall could have kept these boneless wings!!!

This was my first visit to this location. I had some sort of brisket and egg sandwich thing (that I can't find online). It was great! The service here was surprisingly good not only for an Arby's, but any fast food restaurant. I'll definitely consider eating here again.

Everything was amazing, but lol my mint chocolate chip shake the whip and the fudge was light super light i don't eat fast food offen so when I do I want full portions lmaoo

Arbys on Waterloo/Arlington rd’s in akron kudos. when I visit this place, I am impressed by the friendly staff, the fast service and the quality of my order. I have never worked in the almost food industry, but I can imagine the challenges. these people are pulling it off well.
