I tried the Tandoori Chicken Burger, which was seasoned perfectly—just the right amount of spice—and the chicken breast was moist. The fries were delicious and cooked just right. The BBQ pizza had a thickness that was slightly less than deep dish, but the crust was crisp and not greasy at all. The Bangin' Shrimp appetizer consisted of breaded shrimp drizzled with a sweet chili sauce that had just a touch of sweetness and minimal spice; it’s perfect for sharing if you’re dining with 2 or 3 people. All the dishes were reasonably priced, and the chocolate cake reminded me of a La Rocca cake—moist and flavorful, leaning towards the sweeter side for those who enjoy that. I also had a hookah for the first time, and the staff was very helpful in guiding me through how to enjoy it and shared some best practices. The menu offers a wide range of flavors, and the staff will check on the coals for you. It's a great gem for just unwinding and relaxing!

The atmosphere is fantastic, the guests are wonderful, and the lively social scene makes this spot ideal for a late night of dancing, music, and camaraderie in downtown Toronto.

The shisha was excellent, surpassing many other places I've visited. I will definitely return!

WHERE IS THE ZERO STARS OPTION????? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I bought a ticket for an event but was denied entry by the staff and owners. They asked for my ticket in a very rude manner, and after showing it to them, they claimed that no one else was allowed in or out. Meanwhile, I watched people I met downstairs go back into the event without any problems. When I asked why some were allowed in while I wasn’t, they said the event was ending, despite seeing on social media that others were still inside. I will NEVER support this establishment again. The staff was incredibly rude and discriminatory. They were quick to take my money, but once they saw who was on the other end of the ticket, they decided they didn’t want me there. They can claim whatever they want, but the fact remains that they refused to give a refund or any kind of compensation, leading me to believe it was about my skin color and hair. I was just one person who had someone waiting for me inside. They knew this, but they didn’t care; they only cared about lining their already fat pockets. They are terrible business owners and even worse human beings. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Elevate is my top choice for food, and it’s one of my favorites for vegetarian options. I haven’t been to the lounge yet, but every time I order through Uber Eats, my food arrives looking amazing and smelling incredible—I can’t help but sing “Ooh La La La" like Lauryn Hill! Everything is fresh and delicious. For anyone leaving a one-star review with negative comments, you might want to take a good look in the mirror—something isn’t right!
