Sorso - Airdrie

Please take caution when placing your order. We requested the plant-based shareable option but received the meat option instead. While they did eventually bring the correct dish we had ordered, we were charged for both items. This experience was very disappointing. We may hesitate to return in the future.

Great atmosphere in this gastropub. Shrimp tacos were very good and so was the poutine. The burger was also tasty. Service was helpful and friendly. Overall, a great place to visit.

The service provided by our server, Miss Kansas, was outstanding. The coffee was great, the food was delicious with perfectly sized portions, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The hot sauce was also good.

The restaurant Sorso should actually be called "Sorry" restaurant. Our food took almost an hour to arrive. We were seated at the back of the restaurant where the lighting was so dim that we couldn't even see each other. By the time our food finally came, it was cold and unappetizing. The Caesar salad was terrible and the chicken was tough like rubber. We will not be returning to Sorso and do not recommend eating there. We would rather go to Five Guys burgers instead.

My husband took me for a breakfast date, we were 50 minutes waiting till when I said this is enough waiting, they gave us a discount, the food was over cooked because they were rush or wathever. Pretty disappointed. Every time is good but I think the waitress didn’t have our order that’s why we get it in ALMOST AN HOUR and OVER COOKED!
