Bidra med feedbackWhen our child started crying out of hunger, we inquired about the status of our order. If it hadn’t been started yet, we asked to cancel it. At that moment, we overheard chefs in the kitchen shout, “We got their order 36 minutes ago, and they’re complaining… whatever!” Apparently, there was a miscommunication between our server and the kitchen staff, as our order had not been put in when we placed it. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff reacted angrily towards us for leaving. Things escalated further when some of the kitchen staff came outside and started glaring at us, leading to an exchange of words. The whole situation was outrageous, especially with our children present. We will NEVER return! I am updating this review after seeing the owner's response, which is quite disappointing and not accurate. I am thankful the restaurant has cameras that could clarify the situation—based on the owner’s reply, it’s clear they did not accurately assess the incident. I have proof, as when we placed our order, the waitress handed us the remote to turn on the football game, and I can verify that it was 8:03 PM at that time. If necessary, I can share this as proof on my Facebook. It is unacceptable to fabricate a story and shift the blame onto us for a poor experience. I am truly appalled!
The food is absolutely AMAZING, but the highlight of this restaurant is definitely the staff. They are incredibly friendly and personable. I would return just to see Belinda again! I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you're after genuine southern hospitality, this is the spot to visit!
I visited Tiffany's for the first time, and it certainly won’t be my last! The entire experience went beyond my expectations. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the brunch was incredible. I can't imagine a better way to wrap up the weekend—or start the week, for that matter. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere very much. Best crab cakes I have had in a very long time. Staff was very nice. Give it a try.
We visited on our girls trip this weekend and after being seated we waited and waited for waters. No one ever even acknowledged our table after being seated. The menu online is also not the current menu as they are under new ownership. We sat and multiple people passed by our table several times a piece without even acknowledging our table. We got up and left and took our business up the road to Prime Steakhouse. It’s hard to tell the vibe as inside seemed dressy/casual, outside was very casual and all of the waitresses were in old T-shirts and jeans. The new owners certainly have some work to do.
