Ocakbaşı Kebap - Afyonkarahisar

I ordered lahmacun and the employee informed me that it would take approximately half an hour to be ready due to the busy schedule. I agreed and understood, but the order actually took 55 minutes to arrive. Despite the delay, I accepted it graciously. However, I found the vegetable toppings on the lahmacun to be too thick and excessive, and the sauce to be overwhelming. It may be a matter of personal preference, but I missed the traditional crispy, thin, and garlicky taste of a classic lahmacun. Perhaps onions are more popular in the region of Afyon, I'm not sure. I am willing to try the pide in the future, hoping it will not disappoint like the lahmacun did.

I used to think that I had tried the most delicious pide, but the pide from Ocakbaşı surpasses it.

The pide at Maşallah was delicious. Recommended.
