Ferrari's Italian Villa Chop House

This was the second time dining here and this time was for my daughter’s birthday. The first time we had amazing service, food, etc., but this time wasn’t exactly the same. I made a reservation through OpenTable and listed that it was for my daughter’s birthday. They did nothing special for her. We also didn’t have the actual sever and instead got what I think is a manager and he was not attentive enough at all and I had to ask others to help us or get us something. Then on the way out we heard them singing Happy Birthday to someone else and I had to apologize to my daughter that they didn’t do this for her. The food was good, so that wasn’t a disappointment. Long story short, I can’t see myself driving back to Addison for this.

Ends out for a work dinner from the city. the manager and our server were very nice and professional. everyone in my team really enjoyed eating. in any case, anyone from the city would recommend that you enjoy a more quiet work dinner.

We both ordered steak. The preparation was excellent and the veggies were good. The bread was a nice surprise. Our first wine choice was not available but they had others. Good value with all the extras.

Outstanding restaurant, cheerful owner and exceptional service. The Ossobuco was the best.
