Kfc - Acworth

Worse kfc I had ever been, they complained about what I ordered, had nothing really then got my order wrong 2 times I mean, how hard is their job especially if they hadn't someone in the branch or in the drive thru, if you complain about what someone ordered then don't work there, so I wouldn't recommend this store, no one of anything I would recommend it closed or rested!!!

Been come in a position for a while and get a family meal, with potatoes potatoes, but ask for engraving on the page (my children don't like the engraving). Today I was told if they had to, but the engraving separated from the potatoes, I was calculated for two pages. When asked if this was something new, they said yes.... I went without food. Weird, but I think this business???

Chicken was hot, but Pommes were so salty that I couldn't even eat at that time and the cookie was so hard I didn't eat it either. Customer service was good.

This is a message to the franchise owner. 2 of your employees would rather go away in the parking lot than actually prepare food (always hanging when I arrive at the afternoons with the headsets). The lady who took orders, however, was very polite, I ordered a famous bowl and she said they had no popcorn chicken to make the bowl. I asked if they were to use something else instead, and they offered chicken strips and the manager of the car park replied that there were no potatoes smeared so that no famous dishes will be sold tonight. 6:00 a.m. dinner for the majority of people. This is not a single time, I love KFC and this is the next to my house, but I have never had a meal of this place in the 3 months I have been here. They are always out of everything to make a ground meal every time I was there. Obviously, I would have read the reviews earlier and it would have saved me a lot of time. This place would earn more money and have a better service if it were off.

I have my grand kids Over the weekend so, my husband went to pick up KFC for dinner we?re disappointed . Chicken tasted dry and was cold, seemed like the chicken where sits or made earlier. Horrible experience and we paid 44 dollars. I think that Bojangles is better
