My partner and I had lunch at this restaurant earlier. The server who took our drink order was fantastic. However, after taking our drink order, she disappeared.

This restaurant offers a decent selection of wood-smoked grilled dishes. However, the prices can be a bit higher than expected. Today, I tried the BBQ plate with a side of bread.

BBQ sauces are top tier, and the pulled brisket sandwiches melt in your mouth. The sweet tea is always fresh, and their mac and cheese is so unique, buttery and comforting compared to other restaurants. The only issue I have is that multiple different girls who work at the front become dismissive and passive when you do not leave a tip for a pick-up TO-GO order.

We went on a Saturday afternoon middle of the day. It is a quaint quiet little place but had plenty of people in there. Our server was very friendly! We each highly enjoyed our food and the fried corn was delicious! My spicy collard greens were not super spicy to me so don 't be afraid to get them! Portions were great.
