Pita Pit - Acton

I was driving by when I decided to stop for lunch on a whim. I chose the Buffalo chicken sandwich, but it was disappointing as it was served cold and lacked any flavor. Overall, I would rate the food as 3 out of 5.

Whenever we visit this restaurant for a rice bowl, there is always a shortage of rice. This has been happening for months. I will have to find another place to satisfy my rice craving. I am not willing to pay $15 for a salad. Rating for food: 1 out of 5.

We made a stop in Acton for dinner. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the pitas weren't great. There was too much sauce, and they were heated for too long, causing them to fall apart. I was not impressed by how dirty the restaurant was. It was the worst dining experience I've had.

I was shocked to see what amazing customer service I received today when I went into pita pit. The young girl with glasses makes an excellent pita and made the entire interaction fast and easy, will definitely come back again! xo

The girls who were working were helpful and friendly. It was clean. Only 3 stars for atmosphere as there is no where comfortable to sit. Only 4 stars for food because the sauces could be better and the beef brisket doesn't come with much meat. We usually order double meat to make up for this.Food: 4/5
