Bidra med feedbackLet me start with the menu that is kreatiw and each option is an experience of itself, full of taste, creativity and presentation. on the service page I want the chef, pablo (manager,) ivan, alejandro, julio and the hostess (berry for not remember...her name,) who care about them since their arrival. they also became my partner in preparing an surprise for my wife in our xw high-time day.
This is the first negative assessment I have ever published, and I don't take it easy. first, our diet restriction was not prohibited after we made it known before the order. that was certainly a mistake, but the beginning of our problems. unfortunately my friend became uncomfortable after our first cure. after our steaks (which we had to pay extra) were completely underused. when she was uncomfortable, she could not finish her meal and I asked our server for billing so my sick friend and I could catch the shuttle back to our room. After waiting for the bill for more than 20 minutes, I asked another employee for the bill. after another 10 minutes the bill was released, but the waiter had to return with the credit machine. after another 5 10 minutes there was no sign of our waiter. at this point I had to stand up and find a manager who please ignored me and left me waiting for the waiter to return with the machine. we were then fully charged. After all this waiting, we missed our shuttle and had to wait an hour for the next while my friend still fought with her illness (on her birthday no less) absolutely abysmal service, which had a huge damper on the otherwise great experience we had on our trip.
We were told that we should not miss this restaurant during our stay at Mundo Imperial. It used to be a great place to dine... Used is the keyword here. The place is nice and the service is mostly very good. The appetizers were great....Stay away from the caesar salad if you don 't want to spend the night. They make it a the table and it does take forever. The main course were a flop... My flank steak was one of the worst I ever had. Cut way to thin and it looked like it was boiled more than grilled. It had no taste at all. It came with some potatoes and mushrooms. No gravy, sauce or anything. My wife had the octopus and it was any better. Definitely not the 4 Diamonds restaurant it pretend (or used) to be. If it is part of your all included plan it is still a good choice. If you have to pay à la carte, I 'd go somewhere else.
Delicious to see, smell, taste. The staff pampers you and takes care of every need before you can even think what it is. The chef takes pride in every plate that leaves his kitchen.
La comida está buena pero no para repetirlo es muy buena la calidad y sabores pero demasiado caro para lo q tensan muy pocas las cantidades.
