Bidra med feedbackPros: 1) I frequent their branch in Myanmar Plaza for lunch or afternoon snacks 2) Their price points are very affordable 3) I recommend their noodle salad (dry noodles) and Myanmar tea 4) Shop is always full of locals 5) Fast food style including service 6) You are assured of food freshness because pastries and fried snacks are usually sold out by 3pm. Cons 1) The air conditioning and ventilation in Myanmar Plaza branch is poor. In need of renovation. 2) There is quite a wait during lunch time. This shop is recommended if you are into affordable local treats.
I asked (one-time use) chopstick from the staff who refused to give one. Does the owner have sense that Bacteria/Viruses stay in the saliva and people can contract COVID and other diseases by re-using chopstick?
Chopsticks are poorly cleaned. When the staff were asked for one-time use chopstick, they refused to give. Yet, the prices are 30-50% higher than the typical prices. Worst customer experience.
Great restaurant for a great price. Got paratas for my mother and mohingya for myself for less than 20$. Super authentic and tasty Burmese food.
I got Pad Thai and it was delicious! The cook/owner brought out a special sauce for me to try. She also brought us a sample of the tea leaf salad which was very flavorful, though a little hot for me. If we were local this would easily become a favorite restaurant. We hope to visit again soon!
