Portillo's Ft. Wayne - Aboite

All of their food is AWESOME!! I had never tried one of their Milkshakes before, but I treated myself to one of their Chocolate Cake Milkshakes , OMGoodness it was sooooo Good/Yummy/Incredible.

First time trying portillo's Definitely not trying again. All of our food was cold and it tasted so awful. the only thing that was kind of decent was the Breaded Chicken Sandwich but the lettuce was dark green and wilted. didn't even give the Ketchup we requested.

Always great food no matter what. Just wish the chocolate cake shake would comeback on here!

The onion rings were hard. I mean hard enough to break teeth on. the bread was soggy. no straws in the bag. milkshakes were good though... spent $40 and the only thing edible or good were the milkshakes

I was really expecting more. Since I've moved to the Midwest, seemingly EVERYBODY has recommends Portillo's if you can't make it to Chicago for an authentic dog. I was expecting the perfect substitute for one. Boy was I mistaken. I made the drive fairly early and made it to this location when they opened. It took the workers a while to greet me (they're still opening; I get it). Once they did, they were super nice. The overall food was just...bland. The decor was throwback Americana (Elvis among others). Will I be back? Yea no.
