Excellent tacos, 2 steak and 1 chicken, corn shell tacos?

Went today to order food, everything went fine but then I heard one of the employee utter “carbon” under her breath when I ask a question about my food . I don’t think she knew I heard her and understood what she said . It was crazy because I even tipped and I wasn’t rude at all. I lost appetite after that and won’t be eating here again.

I ordered 3 steak tacos and queso and chips. The tacos were cold and bland. Absolutely no seasoning and the steak was very rubbery and chewy. The salsa verde is horrible will not recommend go to shell gas station on mckinnie for best

We used to eat DON TACO like once a week. I could pull bank statements. Lol. We quit eating there so much when my order kept getting messed up. Tonight I decided to give it a go again. This is the THIRD time they have forgotten the chicken on my nachos. Not just skimped. But there is not a single piece of meat. Tonight was the first time I called to tell them. Hoping I could run down there and have it corrected before I have to pick up Broderick. Nope. They are not allowed to correct their mistakes without a manager present. And she's not in until tomorrow. Absolute bullshit. He offers to call his manager and says he'll call me back. She says I can have a half portion of the chicken because they can't prove that I didn't pick any out. Seriously!?! Now you've taken my money and not given my what I paid for AND I'm lying?!? So guess who's going in tomorrow morning to meet this manager with a full plate of nachos that she can dig through herself as well as my bank statements showing how often we've given them our business. I'm beyond pissed.In case you're wondering why they don't have reviews on their Facebook or allow customer posts. lol.
