Bojangles' - Abingdon

It took five minutes to receive my food because the person at the drive-thru was distracted with other tasks instead of preparing my biscuit and gravy. When I brought it to his attention, he was quite rude and disrespectful. If you're having a rough day, please don’t take it out on your customers! The manager should pay closer attention to the staff to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Once I got home, I discovered that the side orders were barely enough to feed my husband, my son, and me, and the food tasted remarkably bland, almost like hospital food. To top it off, the biscuits were so hard that I could probably throw them at the wall and leave a dent. Overall, not a great experience.

Great food for a quick bite! My wife and I loved the chicken on a biscuit and the potato rounds. Unfortunately, the dining area was closed, so we had to find another place to use the bathroom. They didn’t have the homestyle chicken at this location, so we had to look elsewhere for an appealing kids' meal.

The night shift manager literally just started cussing and screaming bc I knocked on the window to get sauce for my son's tenders bc they did not put it in the bag also had to get silverware packet for my mac and cheese and slaw because again it wasnot in the bag. This man does not need to be working with public much less be a manager . The food was good but the service is ajoke.

Ask for a cajun sandwich 3 times the laugh and giggle and go around the corner. Then give us our order! This is what they gave us! After waiting 10 mins!! Worste Bojangles this is 3 bad experience here will not be back!!!
