Dine and and great food as usual... A few times I have ordered my normal steak and wanted to add salmon and have always been allowed to do that at an additional charge, but not full entree price since eating four sides of two meals might be a little much to eat... This trip I was denied being able to add only the salmon to my steak so I was semi sad as I ate my awesome steak, salad, and also AWESOME loaded sweet potato... I make it a point to stop in a few times per year on the weeks I am in Abilene...

I wanted 2.5 stars. I chose 3 because the friendly staff. the brisket we had was dry and it lacked a considerable bark or smoke taste. in my experience this happens in the rule when it is heated again. the maisbrot was okay. I didn't try anything else.
