Big Country Coffee Co. - Abilene

I usually absolutely love this place. It's my go to every single morning before work but here recently it has taken a turn. To the point I'm having to yell into the drive through to people obviously engaged in conversations in the building and have torepeat myself 3 or 4 times only for them to get the wrong and have a frustrated attitude with me when I correct that it's a hotcoffee not iced. Usually the coffee is always perfect temp. They didn't burn the beans. Now I have to wait 10 or 15 minutes toeven handle the heat and the coffee beans are badly burned. I really enjoy this placr and I hope that whatever is going on canget rectified.

I absolutely love this place, it is my all time favorite. All coffee is fresh and amazing every time I go and the customer service is the best I think I have seen anywhere here in Abilene. Amazing place and people. Thank you so much!!!

I love this place so much! The employees are friendly, the wait time is minimal, the coffee was delicious, and everything was correct on the order. I would recommend this place above Starbucks. 100% satisfied

Very nice to drive through for specialty coffee. Also good prices. Very sweet staff.

We enjoyed our drinks. The only thing I would say is that my daughter complained that her kid-temp hot chocolate was too hot. It really wasn't hot, I think she just wanted chocolate milk. Other than that, the staff was really friendly.
