Nathan's Famous - Aberdeen

We arrived at 9:45 PM. Online said they were open till 11 PM. Yet they were closed.

It's criminal how little staff there is with how much this location charges for food. Had to wait 30 minutes for a hotdog and fries. Also $1.50 for sauerkraut and there's hardly any!

The bun for the 2 Hotdogs was hard . Gotta get fresh Hotdog Buns and price was a bit expensive.

Two people are serving the entire line without letting customers know that the order shall be made through kiosk first. Completely ignoring customers until the frustration level gets high.

Stood in line at the register for 20 minutes to then be told they won’t take my order I have to use the kiosk. So I then stand in that line for 30 minutes!!!! I got my food and the Oder was a Cheese Dog “the bun was hard as hell and the dog barely warm.” Also an order of chicken tenders “cold and also hard as a rock” and last but not least the bacon ranch fries that were soggy as hell and barely enough to fill a small fry bag at McDonald’s. Those 3 things were $24 and I didn’t eat any of it but didn’t know how bad the food was till I was gone and driving already. Terrible TERRIBLE service!!!
